Where do I download the app?
In My account, after subscribing. There is a Windows and a Mac version. Log in to the app with the same email and password as the site.
Where do I get my screen link?
In the app, click Copy screen link and paste it into LIVE Studio or OBS.
How do I add it to TikTok LIVE Studio?
Add a Link/Browser source, paste your link and set it to 1080 × 1920. Then place your camera on top.
Does it work on phones?
No. The game works on a computer, with Windows or Mac, using TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS.
The game sound isn’t coming through on the LIVE
Check that the browser source has audio turned on in LIVE Studio or OBS.
The game isn’t reading the chat
Check in the app that your TikTok @ is right and that the LIVE has started. The game connects on its own when the LIVE goes on air.
How do I end the LIVE?
In the app, under Stop: stop now, in 2 minutes or in 5 minutes (with a countdown on screen). You end the TikTok stream in the TikTok app or in LIVE Studio.
TikTok asked me to confirm I’m there
Always answer when it shows up. Follow your LIVE: TikTok may end streams that nobody is watching over.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
You can install the app on more than one computer, but the subscription covers 1 LIVE at a time. If you open it somewhere else, the first one stops.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password. The same password works for the site and the app.
How do I reach support?
Anyone with an active game opens a ticket in My account → Support and follows the reply there. Not subscribed yet? Use the contact page.
