Read before subscribing. Rafok Puxa Palavra is a tool for you to run your LIVE with an interactive game. It is not a bot for leaving your LIVE running on its own: the stream must be followed by you in real time the whole time. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions or restrictions on your TikTok account.

1. What the service is

Rafok Puxa Palavra is a system that reads the public comments and gifts of your TikTok LIVE and shows a word game on a screen you broadcast with your streaming app (TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS, on Windows or Mac). The service is the game app for Windows and Mac and your account on the site. It is not an official TikTok product and has no affiliation with TikTok.

2. Not a bot: the LIVE must be followed in real time

The system is meant to liven up a LIVE that you are hosting and following. It does not replace your presence.

  • TikTok may request checks during the LIVE, such as captchas, presence confirmation and other verifications. Only a person can respond to these checks. The system does not answer, skip or bypass any of them.
  • You or someone on your team must be following the LIVE in real time, from start to finish, to respond to checks, moderate the chat and interact with viewers.
  • Leaving the LIVE running with nobody watching over it goes against TikTok’s rules and may cause the platform to end the stream or restrict your account.
  • The system must not be used to keep LIVEs running without a person present, create multiple accounts, evade bans or in any other way get around the platform’s rules.

3. Bans and account restrictions

Each creator is solely responsible for their own account, their own LIVE and for following TikTok’s Community Guidelines, LIVE rules and Terms. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, LIVE terminations, loss of reach, loss of monetization, gift blocking or any other restriction applied by TikTok to your account, including while the game is in use. TikTok may change the rules, checks and how LIVEs work at any time, without notice, and this is beyond our control.

4. What depends on TikTok

Reading comments and gifts depends on TikTok working and making this information available. If TikTok changes, limits or blocks this access, the game may stop receiving comments for a while. In such cases, we will work to restore the service as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Gifts, points and rankings

Points, powers and rankings exist only inside the game, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for prizes and are not a sweepstakes. Gifts are sent and processed by TikTok, which sets their values and payouts. The game does not ask or require anyone to send gifts.

6. Content and audience

The game uses themes designed for the whole family and replaces names containing profanity on screen. Even so, you are responsible for the content of your LIVE, for moderating your chat and for using the game in a way that is appropriate for your audience.

7. Account, password and simultaneous use

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your password. Each subscription covers 1 LIVE at a time: if the game is opened on another computer, the previous session ends. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password.

8. Plans, payment and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly (seasonal games are weekly) with no contract. Access stays active while the plan is paid. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect from the following month, with no refund for a month already started. If payment is late, access may be paused until it is settled.

9. Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate the access of anyone who uses the system to violate these terms or TikTok’s rules, such as leaving LIVEs unattended, trying to bypass checks or bans, or sharing access with third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the month in which the problem occurs. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of followers, gifts or monetization, or for decisions made by TikTok.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will notify you through our contact channels. Continuing to use the service after the change means you agree to the new version.
